Shipping is free from € 40.
We ship all over Italy and soon to Europe (for deliveries abroad contact us!). Shipping times and rates vary according to product availability, volume, weight of the package and the shipping address and, because of this, they will be communicated at the time of purchase together with the delivery date. In general, the preparation of products and shipments are carried out in about 5-7 working days (or a few days longer for islands and remote areas and for the delivery of very bulky and heavy objects). At particular times of the year, such as Black Friday, Christmas, sales etc., deliveries may be subject to further delays. Likewise, we do not guarantee that we will be able to maintain the expected delivery times in the event of a lockdown during the pandemic.
The evening before delivery, you will be sent a shipping notification email or SMS that will allow you to change the delivery date or receive the shipment at a collection point. This message will also contain a code that will allow you to track your package. For this reason, at the time of purchase you will be asked for an email address and mobile number. Please also specify the name on your doorbell or any other useful information for the courier.
The delivery of very bulky and heavy objects above the ground floor is not included and must be agreed in advance. If you are interested in the service, please contact us at assistenza@miscimu.it.
