Brief background

Our products are made in a completely handmade way, therefore it is normal that the same items are not perfectly identical to each other. This is also the beauty of our production! That said, before listing the shipping and return conditions, we kindly ask you to contact us at assistenza@miscimu.it if you have any problems or queries about our products.
We are certain that we will be able to resolve anything.

Anyway, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to Miscimù within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, by writing an email to assistenza@miscimu.it. We will refund the purchase amount (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your package. The shipping costs of the return will be at your expense.

Please take special care when handling purchased items. We can only refund new (unused) items that have not been damaged, soiled, washed or modified. The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags and all the parts belonging to it.

What you need to do

  1. Contact us by email at assistenza@miscimu.it within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  2. Once you have received our confirmation, you have 14 days to send the package: put the product back in its original packaging and pack it in the box/envelope which it arrived in, or in another box/envelope suitable for postal shipments, and seal it with sticky tape.
  3. Ship to: Miscimù S.r.l. – Via Amilcare Ponchielli 7 – 24125 Bergamo – Italy.
  4. Within 14 days of receiving the package, once the condition of the product has been checked, we will refund to the same payment system you used for the purchase. We reserve the right not to accept the return if the product arrives damaged or altered.

Returning a defective, damaged or non-compliant product

If a product arrives damaged or does not comply with the order you placed, we will replace it at our expense. If the product is no longer available, we will agree within 14 working days of receiving the defective product whether to send you a different item of equivalent value or whether to refund the cost listed in the purchase order and the shipping costs incurred.

What you need to do

  1. Contact us by email at assistenza@miscimu.it within 14 days of receipt of the goods, sending some photographs that show the damage or non-conformity of the product.
  2. Once you have received our confirmation, you have 14 days to send the package: put the product back in its original packaging and pack it in the box/envelope which it arrived in, or in another box/envelope suitable for postal shipments, and seal it with sticky tape.

  4. Within 14 days of receiving the package, once the condition of the product has been checked, we will substitute the defective product or refund to the same payment system you used for the purchase. In either case, you will be reimbursed for the costs of returning the product.

We reserve the right not to accept a return if the product has been damaged by misuse and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products we sell.
